Roman Sports Cavalry G helmet. This helmet falls in between the masked sports cavalry helmets F and H. Although it was found without a mask I spoke to the Museum Director in Germany and he agreed with me that this type of helmet may have had a mask. I designed a mask after one that sat beside this helmet in the display case.
